Aimie Anderson

Aimie is an Oregon-based mixed media oil painter whose work blends confident expression with deep introspection. Though she has been creating art her entire life, it is only recently that she answered the call to pursue her craft full-time. A graduate of the Milan Art Mastery Program, her style is rooted in abstract realism — bold, layered, and emotionally resonant. Influenced by the quiet wisdom of her horses and the intuitive presence of animals, Aimie’s art reflects the timeless dialogue between inner truth and outward form. Her paintings hold space for reflection, honesty, and connection — inviting the viewer to not simply see, but to feel.

Artist Statements:

My work is a celebration of strength, freedom, and possibility, grounded in the natural world and the powerful presence of horses. As a mixed media oil painter, I create bold, realistic pieces that reflect the beauty and intensity of subjects I connect with in the moment. Horses, in particular, have shaped my life and continue to inspire my art—they represent confidence, movement, and the deep, unspoken bond between human and animal.

Raised in the world of riding and showing horses, I’ve always felt a strong pull toward creativity, but it’s only recently that I’ve fully embraced my gift as an artist. Now, I paint with purpose and passion, aiming to capture not just what I see, but what I feel. My goal is to create work that resonates with others, reminding them that strength comes from within—and that anything is possible.
